Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx within 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, delivered via EMS within 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Dune Sales Store purchase. Most items can be returned within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided they meet these conditions:
- Item is unused and in its original condition
- Original packaging is intact with all included materials
- Proof of purchase is included
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened cutlery sets
- Aprons (personal care items)
- Barware with broken seals
