Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received
  • The original proof of purchase must accompany the return
  • Certain items are final sale (see exceptions below)

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Cutlery sets (once packaging is opened)
  • Personal care items (aprons)
  • Barware with opened seals

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our return request template below for quicker processing.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely repackage the item in its original packaging with all included materials.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at the address provided in your authorization email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchange Process

To exchange an item for a different size, color, or product:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly indicate in your return request that you’d like an exchange and specify the replacement item
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange and ship your new item

Note: Price differences for exchanges will be charged or refunded as applicable.

Refund Information

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days of arrival at our warehouse), we’ll process your refund:

  • Timing: Refunds typically appear in your account within:
    • 5-7 business days for credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB)
    • 24-48 hours for PayPal payments
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees and any import duties/taxes are non-refundable

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item (such as dining furniture with manufacturing flaws or tableware with chips/cracks):

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage
  2. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
  3. In some cases, we may request return of the damaged item

International Returns

For customers outside the UK:

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with the return
  • We cannot refund original shipping costs for international orders
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
